Getting Listed in the Directory
New listings are only available to agents who advertise their properties on pastures-new either directly or through one of our partners. If your properties are not yet listed or are unsure if they are, please call us on 0131 220 1441 to discuss your requirements.
The listings are also subject to a review which attracts a small fee. Our review will look for evidence of you having properties in the area that you are applying for a listing in. This will ensure that our directory is of the highest quality.
Features of the directory
Lock out your competitors today – listings strictly limited
- Number of reviewed (first page) listings are strictly limited to 20 (15 in some cases) per area;
- Reviewed listings are added on a first come first served basis (subject to passing review);
- All reviewed listings are re-reviewed on an annual basis;
- Existing reviewed listings have an automatic right to renew (subject to passing annual review);
- Link to your website;
- Optional free tracking phone number (tells you how many calls your listing generates).
The Review
To enter the review process, please call us on 0131 220 1441. The cost of the review is:
- First area - £95 for a year;
- Additional areas – From £15 to £75 (depends on area – please ask for a quote)
Payment can be made by credit card over the phone at the time of the review or alternatively you can send a cheque (please make payable to Attacat Ltd and send to 28 St.Stephen St, Edinburgh, EH3 5AL).
(If you do not pass the review, then your review fee will be refunded in full. We also reserve the right to remove an agent at any time at our own discretion. In this rare situation, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any unused months)
Secure a top 3 listing
We have reserved the top three spots for those agents who we consider to be leaders in their area. To be included in these positions you will have to pass a super-review. As with the main directory these listings are on a first come, first served basis, and once they have gone, they have gone. If you are first, you will get first position, second, second and third, third!
Top three listings also appear on the property for rent pages (example).
The price of the super-review (in addition to the normal review fee):
- First area - £95 for a year;
- Additional areas – From £15 to £75 (depends on area – please ask for a quote).
All prices subject to VAT at the standard rate
Errors
If your details are incorrect then please contact us and we will modify your listing at no cost (please note we can not add additional areas for free – you can however pay for a review if you wish to add additional areas)
